Background: Anne Marie Gordon is a yoga teacher and studio director at Soul Fire Studios in Sheffield, England. She is originally from Queens/ Long Island, N.Y. where she started her yoga journey with Hot Yoga and has completed successive Dharma Yoga trainings with Sri Dharma Mittra and senior teachers at the 500 & 800hr levels with the intention of training further.
Personal Statement: Since immersing herself in the yogic lifestyle and making strong desired efforts in personal practice and study, she has found that the wisdom and devotion of Sri Dharma himself, and the qualities of Dharma Yogis worldwide is something that truly resonates with who she is as a person, helping her to unfold past experiences into a life of personal and spiritual development. There is no more honest and complete way of being when following the path that leads you to your True Self each day. This is the path of Yoga, and it is an honor and privilege to be able to share that experience with others every day under the supreme guidance and influence of Sri Dharma Mittra.
