Personal Statement: “Knowledge Must Be Shared!” It has been a blessing absorbing, practicing and living the teachings of Sri Dharma Mittra. “Be humble, be compassionate and be thirsty for Self-Knowledge”, these have been statements that have formed my life both as human being and as yoga teacher opening the way into the spiritual path. When I teach Dharma Yoga classes I tune with Dharmaji and the practice becomes a moving meditation towards the Higher Self.
